Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coucou Lucien. Each piece is handcrafted in New York City using carefully sourced deadstock fabrics. Because our fabrics are available in limited quantities, many of our pieces are produced in small batches.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because each piece is handcrafted, some orders may require additional processing time. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Coucou Lucien is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Coucou Lucien is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please make sure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at coucouluciencompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at coucouluciencompany@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the package.
